Shelby Drop Template

The "Shelby Drop" is a low cost way to liven up your classic Ford front suspension, by decreasing the positive camber and increasing the caster angle.

As the name suggests, this geometry was used by Carol Shelby on all of his Mustangs, this modification is more suited to the "radial" tyres that are now used on most classics, as opposed to the old "bias ply" type tyre that were used when the vehicle was new. 

The modification also slightly reduces the ride height, thus lowering the centre of gravity.
