Delivery & Returns Policy


Please Note: This website is currently set up to only accept orders from within the UK. So if you live outside of the UK and wish to purchase products, then please fill in your requirements on the contact page and we will get back to you ASAP with the info you require. All payments must be paid in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Free Postage: FREE postage on all orders within most of the UK. Exclusions are:


Isle Of Man, Isle Of White, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Shetland & Orkney, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles & BFPO. Including the following postcodes: AB31, AB33-AB38, AB 44-45, AB 51-56, HS 1-9, IV 1-28, 1V 30-32, IV 36, IV 40-49, IV 51-56, IV 63, KA 27-28, KW 1-17, PA 20-38, PA 41-49, PA 60-78 , PH 19-26, PH 30-44, PH 49-50, TR 21-25, ZE 1-3, All BT, All GY, All JE, All IM

Delivery: We try to despatch on the same day as we receive your order (unless otherwise stated) and aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but we are not legally bound to do so. Weekends and public holidays are excluded as there is no postal service.

In the event that an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately.

Deliveries within the UK usually take 2-4 working days

All parcels will have to be signed for, if you are not there to sign for them the delivery will not be made. Any items that are returned to us as "not been collected" from your local depot or have been marked "undeliverable" will incur postage costs for re-delivery.

Please note: that all delivery times stated in this policy are estimations only and we do not guarantee that items will arrive in those time scales.  This is because we use external postal, delivery or courier services and we cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control. 

Damage in Transit: All goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.


We do not accept returns after 14 days, then there are restrictions on these returns (see below)

  • Goods must be in their original unopened packaging within 14 days
  • If you change your mind, goods will be subject to a re-stocking charge, also the original delivery cost will be deducted from the total (see below for re-stocking charges).
  • Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be exchanged once we have received the goods back but this must done be within 28 days of purchase, without exception.
  • Returns accepted by us will be subject to a restocking charge, 20% on physical stock, and 40% on sourced stock.
  • The buyer is responsible for any postage or courier charges unless we are at fault.
  • All returns will be at our discretion and are final.
  • By ordering products from this website you agree with the terms and conditions laid out in the "Returns Policy"
  • We will post internationally on request, but due to the logistics we are unable to accept returns or warranty claims on orders outside the UK
