MK2 Golf / Jetta "Right Hand Drive" DIY Hydraulic 02M & 02Q Clutch Kit


This kit includes everything for you to successfully convert your MK2 Golf or Jetta to a hydraulic clutch setup


The bolt-on mounts are laser cut & CNC folded for a perfect fit. We have designed this setup to give as close to an OEM pedal feel as possible


Included in the 02M/Q kit:

Bolt-on bracket
All mounting hardware
Clevis Pin
Return Spring
Stainless Steel Hydraulic fittings
Stainless Steel Braided hose
Quality brake fluid rated feed hose (non rubber so is very flexible) & clips
Fluid reservoir
Brand new German master cylinder


We only use quality parts for our conversions, so they are fit & forget! 

Fitting instructions will be supplied.

This is largely a bolt-in kit that will require two holes drilling in your pedal box. But we have chosen to use the proven welded-on clevis pin method, as this is a more permanent solution than the bolt-on barrel affair that we have seen that were originally designed for the LHD kits. We looked at a similar option but feel that in our 35 years of experience that this is a failure waiting to happen!
But do not worry, if you cannot weld, just send us your clutch pedal once you have placed your order for the kit and we will weld the clevis to your pedal FREE of charge and return it to you with the rest of the kit.

 

Please Note:

The kit does is not supplied with the section of VW adapter pipe in the second picture. It is just for illustration purposes only, so that you can see how it attaches to the gearbox slave cylinder.

The brackets will be currently supplied in their raw steel form to keep costs down.
